The composition includes 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine hydroxybutanedioate, mannitol and water for injection. The composition can be used in the treatment of acute disorders of cerebral circulation, acute intoxication with antipsychotics, relief of withdrawal syndrome in alcoholism without additional dilution.
