abstract Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for assembling pipe connections that eliminate the disadvantages and limitations inherent in traditional pipe connections. According to certain embodiments, the pipe connections may contain threaded pipe connections used in oil prospecting. Pipe connections can be assembled using a combination of a) position control, b) special manufacturing tolerances on thread parameters, and c) coatings applied to pipe threaded areas. According to other embodiments, the pipe connections may not contain an abutting end and / or metal-to-metal seals. According to additional embodiments, pipe joints can be further assembled and disassembled several times without applying paste or grease and can exhibit improved tightness. Advantageously, embodiments of the invention can provide tight tolerances, finely assembled pipe connections for improved performance (for example, mechanical performance, tightness, corrosion resistance, lubrication) and reliability compared to non-premium compounds, eliminating the costs associated with premium compounds. .
