The invention relates to a compound of formula (I) wherein X is methyl or chlorine; R2 is methyl or chlorine; R4 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, cyclopropyl, vinyl, ethynyl, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, C-Salkoxy, C-Sfluoroalkoxy, C-Salkoxy-C-Salkoxy- or Sfluoroalkoxy-C-Salkoxy-; and Y is O, CRR; and G, R, R, R and R are as defined below; where the compound of formula (I) is not necessarily represented in the form of its agrochemically acceptable salt. Such compounds are suitable for use as herbicides. Thus, the invention also relates to a method for controlling weeds, in particular herbaceous monocotyledonous weeds, in crops of useful plants, involving the use of a compound of formula (I) or a herbicidal composition containing such a compound with respect to plants or to the place of their growth. |
