abstract | The invention relates to thrust bearings, one of the working surfaces of which is made of siliconized graphite (or other anti-friction materials with similar characteristics), and can be used in the nodes of electric machines and hydraulic machines with thrust bearings of large dimensions (diameter up to 900 mm), mainly electric motors, Serving as the drive of the main circulation pumping units (MCCA) of reactor installations, for example, at nuclear power plants. Axial sliding bearing in which the bearing disc is made with alternating support bands and grooves on the side facing the set of sectors. On the outer and inner diameter of the bearing disc, the seating surfaces are made, in which the outer and inner rings are mounted, securing the sectors of antifriction material through elastic elements. Fixing the sectors against rotation relative to the supporting disc is made by installing intermediate strips between sectors, which are fixed by the axis of the bar in the holes of the supporting disc. Sectors of antifriction material are made with steps under the outer and inner rings, radial curvings are made in the upper part of the sector, and grooves in the lower part provide mutual axial fixation. The edge of the lead-in sector is made up of a shape close to parabolic. Cooling and lubrication is carried out through alternating channels formed by slats, sectors, outer and inner rings. |
