abstract Improvements to the Handheld Fire Extinguisher are revealed. The improvements aim to speed up and simplify inspection and maintenance of the fire extinguisher by minimally trained personnel without the need for specialized equipment. Improvements include an anti-caking mechanism that can be turned on the outside of the chamber to loosen, mix or agitate the powder in the chamber to ensure good flow of the powder. Additional improvements include a larger opening to fill the chamber with powder more quickly, as well as making it easier to check the condition of the powder in the chamber. Other improvements include the use of a CO2 cartridge located outside the chamber to allow for simplified servicing or replacement of the CO2 cartridge, and the ability to maintain the chamber at normal pressure, allowing fire extinguishers to be transported as non-hazardous materials. Thanks to these features, the intervals between maintenance will be extended, while the fire extinguishers will be in a state of readiness.
