abstract | The invention relates to equipment for two-stage combustion of solid carbon-containing fuels with the generation of combustible gas using dry distillation of solids and subsequent combustion of combustible gas. The invention relates to a boiler suitable for performing this process. The present invention is to increase the efficiency of the pyrolysis boiler due to the two-stage combustion of solid fuel and increase the durability of the work. This task is achieved by the fact that the pyrolysis reactor and the afterburning chamber are lined with refractory material along the inner surface, the primary air supply system is located on the side of the pyrolysis reactor chamber. There are other differences from the prototype. The boiler provides efficient combustion of solid fuels, easy to maintain and operate. |
