Process for preparing earplugs of synthetic foam |
abstract |
The invention relates to a hearing protection stopper, produced using a polysiloxane, which is made foamable and crosslinkable by the addition of blowing agents and crosslinking agents. The method for producing such an earplug consists in pre-shaping the polysiloxane together with the additives, then shaping it into a stopper by the foaming process and then annealing the finished product. |
