The invention relates to compounds of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which D is the residue of a diazo component, R 1 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, methoxy or ethoxy, R 2 is hydrogen, chlorine, methyl, methoxy, NHSO2-C1- to C4-alkyl or C. -Acylamino and X are hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, chlorine, bromine or nitro.
