Pharmaceutical compositions comprise, as a first active ingredient, flurbiprofen or ibuprofen (or an ester or salt thereof), acetaminophen as a second active ingredient, and a carrier, for combined administration. For concomitant administration, a package includes separate compositions respectively comprising the first and second active ingredients. Use of such compositions, for combined or concomitant administration of the first and second active compounds, allows a reduction in the normal therapeutic dosage of acetaminophen. |
