Aromatic polyesters derived from at least 10% glycols of the structureorare disclosed. The polyesters have an inherent viscosity of at least 0.5 as measured from a 0.5 g solution in 100 ml of an equal volume mixture of p-chlorophenol and 1,2-dichloroethane, and a heat of fusion of less than 1.5 joule per gram. |
