titleOfInvention Digital interface for an integrated subscriber terminal unit
abstract The interface is used to connect a signal processor module (ALAP). Individual connections (SE / D) are used for this in an input mode of the interface as signal inputs, in an output mode, however, as signal outputs. Other connections are used as signal inputs in both operating modes, but in their operating mode inherently receive different signals. A group of connections (D0 to D2) is assigned two registers, each with an associated decoder (BLD1, BLD 2), between which it is possible to switch between, so that the number of setting commands that can be represented with binary signal value combinations applied to these connections can be doubled.
