The invention relates to a method for obtaining a skin equivalent and the corresponding skin equivalent (27). According to this process, a dermis equivalent (24) is prepared by mixing contractile cells, a nutritive medium and collagen to form a contracted gel; this dermis equivalent (24) is used as a substrate for an epidermis equivalent (26) obtained by seeding with the keratinocytes of an animal or human explant. According to the invention, the substrate (24) is seeded by means of at least one section of hair follicle (22) at least partially comprising its cellular sheath, said section being located substantially perpendicular to the free surface of the substrate. |
