abstract |
A medicinal composition containing albumin as carrier and a process for its preparation are disclosed. The composition contains a protein-binding medicine in an amount as high as 1 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of albumin. This composition is prepared by stirring a medicine and albumin in an aqueous solvent in the above-described proportion at high speed and distilling off the solvent. This composition has an advantage that it reduces side effects of medicines and improves the absorbability and against light of medicines. |
