Siliconnaphthalocyanines of the formula in the Nc is the residue of a naphthalocyanine system which is optionally substituted by C₁-C₁₀ alkyl or C₁-C₁₀ alkoxy, and R¹ and R² independently of one another a radical of the formula in the R³ for branched C₆-C₂₀ alkyl of the formula where n has the meaning of 1 to 5 and R⁶ and R⁷ independently of one another have the meaning of C₁-C₁₆-alkyl, and R⁴ and R⁵ independently of one another are C₁-C₁₀-alkyl or the radical OR³, in which R³ has the abovementioned meaning , or the radical R¹ is also C₁-C₁₀ alkyl, and thin radiation-sensitive coating films containing these silicon naphthalocyanines. |
