titleOfInvention Nuclear resonance tomography process, and nuclear resonance tomograph for performing the process
abstract The invention relates to a magnetic resonance imaging method in which two slice-selective high-frequency pulses influence the nuclear magnetization in one slice. Stimulated echo signals are generated in the stripe-shaped intersection between the respective sub-layer and the layer by further slice-selective high-frequency pulses that excite partial layers perpendicular to the above-mentioned layer. The FID signals associated with the further high-frequency pulses are suppressed by a downstream magnetic gradient field. So that this does not also dephasize the desired stimulated echo signals, a magnetic Graiden field with the same time integral is switched on between the first and the second high-frequency pulse.
