abstract Method for treating an herb or aromatic or gasoline plant, in which: - we start from a fresh herb or plant; - the grass or plant is immersed in an aqueous solution comprising: - at least one anti-oxygen; - at least one depressant for water activity; - the grass or plant is wrung; - the grass or plant is frozen; - the grass or plant is immersed in an aqueous solution comprising: - at least one stabilizer; - at least one anti-oxygen; - at least one flavor retainer; - at least one flavor enhancer; - we sift the grass or plant; and - the grass or plant is dried until a water activity of the order of 0.3 to 0.6 is obtained for a residual water content of the order of 10 to 20%.
