A method of determining fructosamine, which comprises the steps of : (a) bringing an aqueous liquid specimen into contact with an active oxygen generating substance, (b) bringing a reagent which causes a detectable change in the presence of hydrogen peroxide derived from active oxygen into contact with the product of step (a), and (c) detecting the detectable change caused in step (b). |
