abstract |
The present invention consists of a method of counting the quantities of energy supplied by a fuel gas distribution network in which the value V N of gas delivered is measured cyclically, characterized in that one takes during the same time a calibrated volume v E at the same pressure and temperature conditions, that the energy e N supplied by the combustion of v E is measured and that the energy contained in the volume V is deduced therefrom N , to within a coefficient by multiplying V N by e N , the result being independent of the temperature and pressure conditions of the combustible gas.n n n It also consists of a device composed of a counter (2) characterized in that it also includes a sampler (3) which continuously samples, at the conditions of temperature and pressure of the pipe, determined volumes of gas, an analyzer (4) which measures the quantities of energy corresponding to said volumes and a calculator (5) which permanently reduces said quantities to the gross volumes delivered during the same time and integrates the whole in order to deliver the total quantities of energy called up of the network (1) by the consumer. |
