The use is disclosed of compounds of general formulan n wherein: nY is hydrogen or methyl and nR is an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group selected from methyl, ethyl and isopropyl, nand the pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, for treating myopathies, neuronal degeneration and some pathologies affecting the liver, skeletal muscles and myocardium. nThe compounds can be administered orally or parenterally. |
