For the production of multilayered textile materials, a structure consisting of a film-forming laminating adhesive and textile webs, in particular nonwovens, is proposed. This laminating adhesive enables the textile web to be laminated, is permeable to steam and impermeable to water and, after radiation curing and moisture curing, forms the support material for the textile material. This laminating adhesive is produced from mixtures of polyesters and polyethers or from polyether esters by complete conversion of their hydroxyl groups with diisocyanates and partial conversion of the free NCO groups with hydroxyalkyl acrylates and subsequent radiation curing. The textile materials are produced by applying the lamination adhesive to a release layer, lamination with a first textile sheet, peeling off the release layer, radiation curing, thermal activation and lamination with the second textile sheet on the other side. |
