titleOfInvention Rotor of brushless motor and manufacture thereof
abstract A rotor (7) of a brushless motor having permanent magnets, wherein a yoke is formed with plural laminated silicon steel plates (22) and at least four magnetic poles are provided on the outer periphery of the yoke (22). In these magnetic poles, slots (25, 25), in which field permanent magnets (30, 31) are placed, are provided in every other magnetic pole at nearly equal distances from the center of the rotor, and the permanent magnets (30, 31) are so placed in the slots (25, 25), that similar magnetic poles are located in the surfaces which face a rotary shaft (8). Thereby, a small rotor (7) for brushless motors can be manufactured at high efficiency and further, the field permanent magnets (30, 31) can be prevented from breaking and flying apart even in high speed rotation of the motor.
