Piperazinyl derivatives of the general formula (I) in which R1 represents substituted phenyl, 1- or 2- naphthyl, azanaphthyl or diazanaphthyl groups; n is 1, 2, 3 or 4; X represents -O- or (1) in which R2 represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl or C3-8 cycloalkyl; Y represents = O or = S or = NZ where Z represents hydrogen, an alkyl or -CN and R3 is selected from a group comprising different structures having a high affinity towards various receptor subtypes including the 5- receptor HT, the 5-HT1A receptor, the alpha1 receptor, the dopamine receptor or a combination thereof. These derivatives can therefore be useful in the treatment of the central nervous system, the cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal disorders. |
