The invention relates to novel peptide and pseudo-peptide amides of the formulae (1) to (6), wherein n wherein n p -HOPA means p -hydroxyphenylacetic acid, nD-MePhe stands for D-N-methylphenylalanine, nMPA represents 2-amino-3-methylpentane and nψ (CH₂NH) is a methyleneamino group being present instead of a peptide bond, nas well as their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts. n The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds as well as processes for preparing the compounds of formulae (1) to (6). n The compounds according to the invention are useful for inhibiting the proliferation of cells of the small-cell and epithelial-cell lung cancer. |
