New digoxin analysis methods using a capture reagent, involving a first fixing member associated with a polymeric anionic substance, and a solid phase material containing a reaction site consisting of a cationic polymeric substance d '' a nitrogen content of at least about 2%. A test sample in which the presence of the desired analyte is suspected can be contacted with the capture reagent to form a charged complex containing the capture reagent and the analyte. The complex is then brought into contact with the solid phase of opposite charge in order to attract, fix and immobilize the capture reagent / analyte complex. |
