abstract The invention relates to the implementation of the microencapsulation process in order to obtain stable mixtures of powders which are chemically incompatible with one another by means of the use of a microencapsulation product which is inert with respect to the other constituents.n n n The blends are made with chlorinated products derived from isocyanuric acid and scented essential oils. The latter are enclosed in the microcapsules produced by means of products such as starch which form the shell of the microcapsule and which prevent or limit the contact of these oils with the chlorinated product.n n n In the presence of water, all these products are dissolved and the oxidation reaction no longer takes place. The solution thus constituted contains perfumed hypochlorite ions like ready-to-use bleach, the unpleasant smell of which is masked by the perfume.
