Heterocyclic cpds of formula (I), and their salts are new n = integer from 0 to 3. W = gp of formula (i), (ii) or (iii). R = H or 1-4C alkyl, X = -0-, -S-, -NH- or -CH2-Y = 0 or S. The chiral centre inm (i) or (ii) is in its (S) or (R) form or is a mixt thereof in any proportion. Z = a gp of formula (iv), (v) or (vi), R1 and R2 are independently H or 1-4C alkyl. R3 = H or 1-4C alkyl. Also claimed are the use of (I) in pharmaceutical compsns and processes for their prepn. Pref n = 1, W = a gp of formula (i) wherein R = H, X = -0- and Y = 0 Z = a gp of formula (iv) or (vi) R1 = R2 = H or CH3. |
