Compounds of formula (I), wherein formula (I) consists of formulae (I-1) to (I-4), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and the use of a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (I-1), (I-2), (I-3), (I-4) and their use as pharmaceuticals in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular disorders and CNS disorders. The compounds are 5-HT4 receptor antagonists. |
