abstract |
The anchoring cartridge for a hardening multicomponent mass based on a radical hardening hard has an inner cartridge with the resin component and fillers and an outer cartridge with the hardener component. In order to enable manual setting by completely hammering in the anchor rod without splashing and pouring out during the setting process and to be able to use fillers in both components to increase the strength, the clear width of the annular gap between the inner and outer cartridge is at least the wall thickness of one cartridge and at most 5% of the outer diameter of the outer cartridge. The hard also contains a thixotropic agent which increases the viscosity of the resin to such an extent that the filler parts float in the resin. The hardener component, which is present as a pasty mixture with liquid and possibly fillers and a thixotropic agent, completely fills the annular gap between the inner and outer cartridges. |
