Method and device for the production of a high-purity product through cryogenic air separation |
abstract |
Feed air is sent to a catalytic purifier and then to a rectification system, from which a high-purity product is removed. In the case of catalytic cleaning, the feed air flows through a catalytically active layer. The dimension of the catalytic layer in the direction of flow is at least ten times smaller than its dimension in the direction perpendicular to the direction of flow. |
