titleOfInvention | Process for producing color filter |
abstract | A process for producing a color filter having red, green and blue pixel patterns and a black matrix, which process comprising the steps of: (1) providing a master color filter having pixel patterns colored to red, green and blue, respectively, and having a substantially colorless area corresponding to the black matrix, (2) providing a second silver halide color light-sensitive material which comprises a transparent substrate having thereon at least: a red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a coupler which is sensitive to the red color of said master color filter and which forms a red color; a green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a coupler which is sensitive to the green color of said master color filter and which forms a green color; and a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a coupler which is sensitive to the blue color of said master color filter and which forms a blue color; (3) one-shot exposing said second silver halide color light-sensitive material with white light through the master color filter; and then (4) color developing and desilvering said one-shot exposed light-sensitive material. <IMAGE> |
