The invention concerns a switching device comprising a membrane made of a material (M1) supported by a substrate made of a material (M2), the material (M1) being constrained with respect to the material (M2) at the membrane/ substrate interface, so as to curve said membrane. By piezoelectric control means, the membrane can switch between a stable concave configuration and a stable convex configuration. The invention is useful for displaying devices. |
