titleOfInvention Knitted slide fastener
abstract The present invention provides a warp-knit slide fastenernin which a fastener element row can be easily knitted into andnattached stably and firmly on a fastener tape, and fastenernelements of the fastener element row are not separated from eachnother due to pushing up of a fastener face. The successivenfastener element row (ER) is knitted, simultaneously withnknitting of the fastener tape (T), into a fastener elementnattaching portion (EA) at longitudinally side edge portion ofnthe fastener tape, and is fixed by two wales or more of fixingnchain stitch yarns (F). Respective needle loops of thenrespective fixing chain stitch yarns (F) push respective elementnleg portions of the successive fastener element row (ER) fromnabove toward a foundation structure. Respective sinker loopngroups form a part of the foundation structure on which thensuccessive fastener element row (ER) is disposed. Warp in-laidnyarns (G) are warp inserted through at least a part of sinkernloops of the sinker loop groups while being intermingled. Heatncontraction rates of all yarns forming the fastener elementnattaching portion (EA) are higher than that of yarns formingna fastener tape main body portion (TB). After knitting, nrespective knitting yarns are heat contracted.
