titleOfInvention Method of introducing organic molecules into target cells
abstract The present invention relates to a method of introducing organic molecules into target cells, which comprises the step of passing a liquid flow comprising said organic molecules, through a fluidized layer of said target cells during an essentially constant flow. The fluidisation is provided by directing the liquid flow so as to counteract the gravitational force of the target particles, or a centrifugal force applied thereon. Thus, the present method enables exit of the organic molecules from the particles and an efficient introduction thereof into the target cells.
