abstract wird die Rapssaat (A.A) durch Klassieren in dreinFraktionen verschiedener Partikelgrößen getrennt, undnzwar in Besatz (A.D), in gereinigte Rapssaat (A.E) undnin Kümmerkorn (A.F), wird die gereinigte und klassierte Rapssaat (A.E)nanschließend getrocknet, wird danach die getrocknete Rapssaat (A.G) gebrochen, wird dann die gebrochene Rapssaat in drei Fraktionennverschiedener Partikelgröße getrennt, und zwar innAnbruch (A.J), in Nutzbruch (A.M) und in Feinbruchn(A.N), wird der Nutzbruch (A.M) in Schälraps (A.O) undnSchalen (A.P) zerlegt, wird sodann der Schälraps (A.O) befeuchtet und anschließendnflockiert, wird danach der flockierte Schälraps (P.C) in einernPresse (10) kalt verpreßt und wird schließlich durch Reinigung des aus dernPresse (10) austretenden Preßöls (P.D) von Trubstoffenn(Feststoffen) Speiseöl (P.F) gebildet. In a process for producing edible oil from rapeseed or other oil seeds the rapeseed (AA) is separated by classification into three fractions of different particle sizes, namely in stocking (AD), in cleaned rapeseed (AE) and in grain (AF), the cleaned and classified rapeseed (AE) is then dried, then the dried rapeseed (AG) is broken, the broken rapeseed is then separated into three fractions of different particle sizes, namely in opening (AJ), useful breaking (AM) and fine breaking (AN), the breakage (AM) is broken down into peeled rape (AO) and shells (AP), the peeled rape (AO) is then moistened and then flaked, the flaked rape (PC) is then cold pressed in a press (10) and is finally formed by cleaning the press oil (PD) emerging from the press (10) from turbid substances (solids) and cooking oil (PF).
