abstract |
A printed wiring board (25) includes a glass substrate (11)nprovided with through-holes (13), conductive patterns (24) providednon both surfaces of said glass substrate (11) in such a mannernas to be made conductive to each other via said through-holes (13),nand a sealing member (15) composed of a silver pastencontaining an epoxy resin as a binder provided to fillnsaid through-holes (13). This printed wiring board (25) isnadvantageous in that circuit parts can be connected toneach other without use of any planar special region andnmoisture does not reach the circuit parts through thenprinted wiring board (25). An EL display apparatus capable ofnstably displaying pictures for a long-period of time isnprovided by using the printed wiring board. |
