Similarly, primary powder particlesnwhose main component is iron and whose particle diameter is between 20nµm and 100 µm are bound together using an organic binder to formnsecondary powder particles having a particle diameter of 50 µm to 200 µm,nThus, an alloy powder having excellent fluidity can be obtained, and ansintered alloy material having high dimensional accuracy can be producednwith these secondary powder particles. |
