In the plant (1), a product suspension (92) with crystallized particles (96) is produced by means of cooling crystallizers (2). This suspension is obtained in several stages from a mother solution (91) with decreasing temperature. Each stage (S1, S2, ... Sn) of the system comprises a cooling crystallizer with a heat exchanger (3), in which heat is extracted from a solution (91; 94) that is treated in the respective stage, through cooled walls (30 ') is discharged. The cooling crystallizers form a cyclic circuit network which contains controllable blocking elements (61, 62, 63) in connecting lines (70, 71, 72, 73, 80). The blocking elements are controlled with a programmed logic circuit (6). In a cyclical sequence according to a program, at least one of the cooling crystallizers is put into an operating state with cooling switched off. During this operating state, heat is supplied to the heat exchanger by means of the mother solution (91), which is unsaturated when it is fed into the system. |
