A water dispersion type water and oil repellentncomposition capable of imparting highly long-lastingnwater and oil repellency to fibers of various materials.nIt comprises a polymer which essentially containsnpolymerized units of a (meth)acrylate having anpolyfluoroalkyl group and polymerized units of anpolymerizable monomer which essentially contains anpolymerizable unsaturated group and a hydroxyl group andnin which the polymerizable unsaturated group and thenhydroxyl group are connected to each other through 7 ornmore covalent bonds, a surfactant which contains annonionic surfactant in an amount of from 60 to 100 wt%,nan aqueous medium, and a cross-linkable compound. |
