Aqueous coating compositions containing (1) a first polymer containingnreactive functional groups with a selected level of carboxylic acid functionalitynand (2) a polyfunctional crosslinker agent containing functional groups that arenreactive with appropriate functional groups of the first polymer, are disclosed.nThe two-component polymer compositions provide a combination of durabilitynand ready removability of the final coating after curing. Two-componentnpolymer compositions based on the first polymer containing hydroxylnfunctionality in addition to carboxylic acid functionality and use of anpolyisocyanate as the polyfunctional crosslinker agent are especially useful asnfloor polish compositions. |
