The invention relates to a modified antibody whichncontains two or more H chain V regions and two or more Lnchain V regions of monoclonal antibody and can transduce ansignal into cells by crosslinking a cell surface molecule(s)nto thereby serve as an agonist. The modified antibody can benused as a signal transduction agonist and, therefore, usefulnas a preventive and/or remedy for various diseases such asncancer, inflammation, hormone disorders and blood diseases. |
