abstract |
The invention provides a curable composition for producing a heatnconductive material having excellent durability and heat conductive propertiesnand high productivity with easily controlled surface tackiness, and a methodnfor controlling the surface tackiness of the material after curing. Thencomposition is heat curable by hydrosilylation crosslinking to provide anflexible elastomer and includes a saturated hydrocarbon polymer containingnat least one alkenyl group, a curing agent containing at least two hydrosilylngroups and a hydrosilylation catalyst, and incorporates a heat conductivenfiller. |
