abstract | A method of enriching and recovering gaseous oxygen contained in raw gas by a single tower PSA method performed by using a single adsorption tower (1) having adsorbent filled therein, comprising the repeated cycles of an adsorption process for leading the raw gas into the adsorption tower (1), a detaching process for detaching the unnecessary compositions adsorbed to the adsorbent from the adsorbent, a cleaning process for exhausting the residual gas remaining in the adsorption tower (1) by leading cleaning gas into the adsorption tower (1), and a pressure-building process for raising a pressure in the adsorption tower (1), the detaching process comprising a process for recovering the quasi-oxygen enriched gas in the adsorption tower (1) at the end of the adsorption process, the cleaning process comprising a process for leading, as cleaning gas, a part of the quasi-oxygen enriched gas in a recovery tank (3) to the adsorption tower (1), the pressure building process comprising a process for leading the quasi-oxygen enriched gas remaining in the recovery tank (3) to the adsorption tower (1). |
