The present invention relates to two- or three-layer polymer hose ornPipelines for use as pressurized fluid lines in motor vehicles. ThenFluid lines according to the invention can be smooth; alternatively, they pointncontinuous or at least partially corrugated walls, according to the inventionnwalls with a spiral shape are particularly preferred. The pipeline according to the inventionnhas an outer layer of a molding compound made of a harder polymer or a polymer mixturenand an inner layer made of a rubber-elastic polymer or a polymer mixturenon. In addition, the inner layer can be covered with a layer of anthermoplastic, adhesion-modified elastomer composition.nAccording to the invention, a material for the layers is selected which is in the finished onenComposite results in a so-called "hard-soft combination". The rubber-elastic polymer compositionnor polymer blend has a hardness in the range of about 30 Shore A.nto 60 Shore D, in particular from about 30 Shore A to 90 Shore A, the inventionnHose or pipeline are selected so that they are coextruded ornhave the so-called Conex processes processed and thereby non-positive or positive, i.e.nAdhere directly to one another without additional adhesion promoters, without delaminating. |
