A galvanic element (1) has at least one lithium-intercalating electrode and a thin, flexible housing (3) made of two metal foils (5) which lie directly on the electrode and which are tightly connected to one another by means of an adhesive or sealing layer. At least one of the metal foils (5) is provided on the outside with a plastic layer (9) that increases stability and strength. An adhesive layer (7) is arranged between the metal foil (5) and the plastic layer (9). The metal foil (5) consists, for example, of copper. The plastic layer (9) consists, for example, of polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinylidene chloride or polvimide. The adhesive layer (7) is based, for example, on rubber, acrylic acid, polysiloxane or silicone. |
