A perfluoropolyether-containing composition, which can easily conform to anfluorine-free substrate and can form a film on a surface of the substrate to fix thencomposition to the substrate surface, wherein the composition is a carbon-carbon doublenbond-containing composition comprising (A) a triisocyanate prepared by trimerizing andiisocyanate, and (B) a combination of at least two active hydrogen-containingncompounds, and the component (B) comprises (B-1) a perfluoropolyether having at leastnone active hydrogen, and (B-2) a monomer having active hydrogen and a carbon-carbonndouble bond. |
