The present invention provides a novel pyrimidine compoundnhaving an excellent adenosine receptor (A 1 , A 2A , A 2B receptor)nantagonistic action. More specifically, it provides a compoundnrepresented by the following formula, a salt thereof or a solvatenof them.n n In the formula, R 1 and R 2 are the same as or different fromneach other and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl groupnhaving one to six carbon atoms which may be substituted, an alkenylngroup having two to six carbon atoms which may be substituted, nan alkynyl group having two to six carbon atoms which may bensubstituted, a cycloalkyl group having three to eight carbonnatoms which may be substituted, a cycloalkenyl group having threento eight carbon atoms which may be substituted, a 5 to 14-memberednnon-aromatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted, annaromatic hydrocarbon cyclic group having six to fourteen carbonnatoms which may be substituted, a 5 to 14-membered aromaticnheterocyclic group which may be substituted, an acyl group havingnone to six carbon atoms which may be substituted or annalkylsulfonyl group having one to six carbon atoms which maynbe substituted; R 3 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, na cyano group, an alkyl group having one to six carbon atomsnwhich may be substituted, an alkenyl group having two to sixncarbon atoms which may be substituted, an alkynyl group havingntwo to six carbon atoms which may be substituted, an aromaticnhydrocarbon cyclic group having six to fourteen carbon atomsnwhich may be substituted, a 5 to 14-membered aromaticnheterocyclic group which may be substituted, a nitrogen atomnwhich may be substituted, an oxygen atom which may be substitutednor a sulfur atom which may be substituted; R 4 represents annaromatic hydrocarbon cyclic group having six to fourteen carbonnatoms which may be substituted, a 5 to 14-membered aromaticnheterocyclic group which may be substituted or a 5 to 14-memberednnon-aromatic heterocyclic group having at least one or morenunsaturated bonds which may be substituted; and R 5 representsnan aromatic hydrocarbon cyclic group having six to fourteenncarbon atoms which may be substituted or a 5 to 14-memberednaromatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted. |
