The present invention relates to compounds having a general formula (1)nand their uses, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. The invention discloses compounds havingnantiproliferative and antiangiogenic activities, as well as methods for treating variousndiseases associated with abnormal cell proliferation, including cancer,nor associated with unregulated angiogenesis including growth and metastasisnof solid tumors, ocular diseases and especially retinopathies, ornarthritis, by administering said compounds.
