The present invention provides a protein capable of binding tonan environmental hormone, which protein is supplemented withnuseful properties for measuring, quantifying and concentratingnenvironmental hormones, such as high sensitivity, low cross-reactivity,nunlikelihood of being influenced by interferingnsubstances, and unlikelihood of being influenced by solvents.nSpecifically, the present invention provides a modifiednprotein prepared by obtaining various genes for variousnantibodies with environmental hormones, and modifying, by genenrecombination technology, various properties of the originalnantibody, such as affinity, avidity, cross-reactivity,nresistance for interfering substance on antigen-antibodynreaction, resistance for interfering substance on enzymaticncolor developing reaction, resistance for solvent and thenlike. |
