The invention relates to bicyclic heterocycles of general formula (I), in which R<a>, R<b>, R<c>, A, B, C, D, E and X are defined as in Claim 1, to tautomers, stereoisomers, mixtures and salts thereof, particularly their physiologically compatible salts with inorganic or organic acids, which have valuable pharmacological properties, particularly an inhibitory action on the signal transduction imparted by tyrosine kinases. The invention also relates to the use of these compounds for treating diseases, particularly tumor diseases and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), diseases of the lungs and of the respiratory passages and to the production thereof. |
