abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of producingnan analytical tool comprising a substrate (2) made of a polymernmaterial and formed with a groove (20) for moving a sample liquid,nand a cover bonded to the substrate (2) to cover the grooven(20). The method includes hydrophilically treating an innernsurface of the groove (20). The hydrophilization includes anprimary modifying step for primarily modifying characteristicsnof the inner surface of the groove (20) by bringing a modifyingngas into contact with the inner surface of the groove (20),nand a secondary modifying step for secondarily modifying thencharacteristics of the inner surface of the groove (20). |
